Yup.. Im doing a pretty good job dealing.. I made some errors though but Im learning from my mistakes which is good though. You'll never be the best poker dealer if you dont commit mistakes and learn from it.
I was like working for that particular poker room for just 2 months now and why the he** do they still pay me $3.00 for my 8 hour shift? Well, at first I dont mind them paying me that much,BUT....why am I not included to share tips? In our affiliated company, as a certain dealer (blackjack,roulette etc.),when you sit at a table, you are entitled to recieve tips. I know the tips are centralized but why not include me? I recieve almost half the tip their getting every night (worktime is 6pm-6am only). So I get this huge amount of tips and they were the ones with the benefit. Where is the fairness in that?
